With our predominant focus at the company being contractual and commercial work, our continued growth is seeing us taking on the younger generation through apprenticeships, leaving a large window between starting out training and being authorised on site. Therefore, we are looking to expand into the domestic market by sending out a highly experienced team member or two with an apprentice to have the opportunity to observe and when ready get a bit more hands on.
